Garden & pool

We reach the house via a quiet street, lined on both sides with old pine trees. The property is surrounded by 2 plots also full of pine trees (there are no houses on both sides of the property).We enter the garden’s gate and cross the front garden via a wide stone pathway to reach the building’s main wood & glass entrance. The building’s staircase is in front of us and the elevator is on our right hand side, both leading to the 1st and 2nd floor apartments. The ground floor’s apartment entrance is on our left hand side.Beside the staircase there is a door, leading tothe swimming pool, surrounding yard and the back garden. The pool, sized 8 m X 6 m, is separated from the neighboring property by high bamboo plants. The pool is surrounded by a yard paved with traditional Greek stone, where the guests can relax on the bamboo chairs. Further down, there is a stone staircase, leading to the lower level of the garden, which also has a stone paved yard.*

Ground floor apartment (2 bedrooms)

We enter directly into the large dining - living room. The floor is covered with nice old-fashioned cotto-style tiles. On our right hand side, two large double glazed doors stretching from wall to wall, lead to the pool, surrounding yard and the house’s back garden. On our right hand side lies the dining corner, equipped with table & chairs, while further down lies the living area, with the couch (sofa) & fireplace. Right in front of us, there is a 3-m wide double glazed window, offering views of the mountain. In front of us lies the open plan kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, oven & hot-plate, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher.On our left hand side, we get to the small corridor (with the wardrobe corner), at the end of lies a bathroom with shower. On our left hand side, we get to the double bedroom, with en suite bathroom with tub, while on our right hand side lies the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have a wooden floor, giving the guests a warm feeling and large, wall to wall closets offering plenty of storage space. They also have access to the front yard (and garden) of the house, through double glazed doors.
