Garden & pool

We reach the house via a quiet street, lined on both sides with old pine trees. The property is surrounded by 2 plots also full of pine trees (there are no houses on both sides of the property).We enter the garden’s gate and cross the front garden via a wide stone pathway to reach the building’s main wood & glass entrance. The building’s staircase is in front of us and the elevator is on our right hand side, both leading to the 1st and 2nd floor apartments. The ground floor’s apartment entrance is on our left hand side. Beside the staircase there is a door, leading to the swimming pool, surrounding yard and the back garden. The pool, sized 8 m X 6 m, is separated from the neighboring property by high bamboo plants. The pool is surrounded by a yard paved with traditional Greek stone, where the guests can relax on the bamboo chairs. Further down, there is a stone staircase, leading to the lower level of the garden, which also has a stone paved yard.*

First floor apartment (3 bedrooms)

We reach the apartment either via the stone paved staircase or by the elevator, both leading to the two main entrances of the apartment.The first entrance (main entrance), leads to the first section of the vast leaving room. In front of us lies one twin bedroom, with a double glazed door, leading to the spacious front veranda of the apartment. Crossing this first section of the living room, we reach the second section, equally spacious and equipped with armchairs, large leather couches and a wide fireplace. Beside the living room lies the dining room, equipped with a large, English style dining table and buffet. The dining room has a large (3 m) window, offering great views of Penteli mountain. On the main entrance’s right hand side, starts a corridor. On the left hand side of this corridor, lies the kitchen’s entrance. The kitchen is very spacious, having a dining area equipped with table & chairs. It is equipped with fridge, refrigerator, oven, hot-plate, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. A double glazed door leads to the nice veranda outside the kitchen. This veranda, equipped with table & chairs, offers views of the mountain and overlooks the pool & the back garden, being one of the most beautiful corners of the house. It is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or a relaxed drink.Further down the corridor, on our right hand side, lies the bathroom with shower, while at the end of the corridor are the other two bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have large closets and have access, through double glazed doors, to a veranda overlooking the back garden. The walls of the apartment are marvelously decorated with unique paintings. All furniture are unique, antique-style, creating a warm atmosphere. The floors of the apartment are covered with processed & coated Greek stone from the mount Pelion, an expensive and hard to find these days material, giving a traditional while, at the same time, luxurious look.
